Shipping Information
Processing Time
We specialize in made-to-order dresses. Each dress is carefully crafted and takes approximately 15 working days to complete.
If you choose our Rush Service, your order will be prioritized and completed within 10 working days.
After the processing time, shipping time will depend on the delivery method you select — Express or Standard Shipping. Delivery duration varies based on your location and chosen shipping option.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: Once your order is ready (within 15 days), it will be shipped directly to you within the next 2–3 working days.
- Express Shipping: Once your order is ready (within 15 days), it will be shipped to you on the next working day.
- Rush Service: Once your order is ready (within 10 days), it will be shipped to you on the next working day.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over £200.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide to bring our luxury collections to customers globally. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

- Original packaging must be included

- Bespoke garments
- Items worn or altered
- Items without original tags
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order via email or phone
- Provide your order number and reason for exchange
- We’ll provide you with exchange instructions and return authorization
- Package item securely with original packaging and tags
- Send item back using trackable shipping method
Exchange Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it within 48-72 hours. If approved, we’ll process your exchange and notify you via email. Processing time for exchanges is 3-5 business days after approval.
